Core is an area organization, helping seniors remain independent and involved in their community.  Lori Schneider will speak at a luncheon for members of the Core community, about believing in yourself and living your dreams.

Students and faculty at St. Williams School will be intrigued by stories, photos, and videos of Lori’s Seven Summits climbs, featuring her recent summit of Mt. Everest, where she become the first person in the world with MS to complete the Seven Summits.  Lori was an educator for 20 years and enjoys teaching children and adults alike, to believe in themselves.

World Class Ski Event!
Join athlete Lori Schneider as she supports the Birkie Skiers for Cures events in Hayward, WI.  The American Birkebeiner and the National MS Society are teaming up once again to find a cure for multiple sclerosis.  If you’re skiing the Birkie, join us in the Skiers for Cures program and help raise funds for MS research.  The time is NOW to find a cure.  Every hour of every day someone new is diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.  Right now, there are cutting-edge research projects that hold the potential to change lives.  However, many of these remain unfunded.  By participating in Birkie Skiers for Cures, you are supporting targeted research that will get us closer to dramatically impacting the lives of people living with MS.
 

Inspirational Speaker
On Tuesday, March 2, the Teton Wellness Institute & Womentum, are pleased to host an evening of inspiration with mountain climber Lori Schneider, at the Jackson Hole Center for the Arts.  Lori will speak of her desire to encourage others to live their dreams, whatever their diagnosis in life may be.

Lori will also speak to a group of Middle School girls in the Jackson community, about achieving their goals and believing in themselves.

Keynote Speaker
The IUGO Student Leadership conference is an initiative hosted by a group of Iowa Private Colleges in an effort to bring student leaders together to learn, teach, and fellowship with other student leaders from around the state. Lori will speak at this statewide meeting celebrating leadership development and empowerment.

Lori revisits her friends in the Davenport School system, as she takes you on a journey to the top of the world, Mt. Everest. Lori will gives her inspirational slide presentation; Empowerment Through Adventure, Climbing Beyond Our Limits, and remind young and old alike, to believe in ourselves.
